Virginia has three new Millionaire Raffle winners, but none of them bought their tickets in Albemarle County or Charlottesville. The Virginia Lottery’s first $1 million winners of 2014 have tickets that were sold in Halifax, Frederick and Prince William. The raffle included six tickets that are worth $25,000. Those were sold in Harrisonburg, Lexington, Richmond, Alexandria, Norfolk, and Greensville County. The lottery also sold another 300 tickets that are worth $500.
