A local man accused in a recent stabbing outside a grocery store has been in trouble before. 46-year-old Lawrence Wayne Egnor (pictured)┬áis charged with malicious wounding after a man was stabbed last Thursday night near Woodbrook Drive. Egnor is being held without bond in the regional jail. He’s been there before stemming from a high-profile case in December 2010. That’s when Egnor was charged with embezzling money from a Salvation Army kettle outside a store in the 29 North corridor. Egnor was the bell ringer and he claimed two people got out of a car and robbed him. County Police said Egnor and those other two conspired to fake the robbery and split the money.
