Man Wounded By Gunfire On Craigs Store Road – Suspect Arrested

A shooting just after midnight on Craigs Store Road. The victim was treated for injuries that are not life-threatening. County Police arrested a suspect identified as 21-year-old Jacob Boggs (pictured) of Afton. Boggs was charged with one misdemeanor count of reckless handling of a firearm, one felony count of shooting into an occupied dwelling, one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest and one felony count of assault on a law enforcement officer. Police say Boggs and the man who was shot know each other. It happened in the 1600-block of Craigs Store Road.
