Virginia Lawmakers Split On Lawsuit Against President

Virginia’s congressional delegation has split along party lines over a Republican resolution that endorses suing President Obama. Fairfax Democrat Gerry Connelly says the lawsuit is a waste of time and he’s tired of the GOP trying to de-legitimize the President. Chesapeake Republican Randy Forbes supports the lawsuit because he believes the President wants to make an end run around Congress.
