First Three UVa Football Practices Open to the Public

Charlottesville, Va. – The Virginia football team’s first three practices of the fall will be open to the public. The practices are scheduled for Monday, Aug. 4, Tuesday, Aug. 5 and Wednesday, Aug. 6. Each practice will start at 7:15 p.m. and be held on the fields behind the McCue Center. The practice sessions will last approximately two hours.

Parking is available for free after 5 p.m. in the McCue Center and University Hall lots.

Fans can watch the practices from the outdoor field, but will not have access to any activities that take place in theGeorge Welsh Indoor Practice Facility. In the event of inclement weather, fans will have to leave the practice facility.
