Environmentalists Say Uncle Sam’s Failing The Chesapeake Bay

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation says the government is failing to meet its commitment to limit pollution in one of the state’s greatest treasures. The goal is to restore the bay by 2025, but the Foundation says government agencies are failing to meet their commitment to expand forest buffers, limit air pollution and even comply with the Clean Water Act. The criticism is based in part on 2014-2015 draft milestones.
