Council Provides Loan For Downtown Marketing Efforts

City Councilors have given a green light for a loan that helps the downtown area to market itself. Bob Stroh (pictured) and other members of the Downtown Business Association will spend $55,000 on a consultant. Stroh says the goal is to make the downtown business district more competitive with local shopping centers.
