City councilors have delayed a decision on a cost-sharing deal for wastewater facilities. The council has postponed a vote until its next regular meeting on April 7th. Woolen Mills resident Peggy Van Yahres (pictured) supports the proposed arrangement, which covers the Rivanna Pump Station, a facility at Moores Creek facility, and an upgrade for the Crozet Interceptor. Downtown resident Rebecca Quinn opposes the deal, and has urged the city to do nothing at this time. The County Service Authority will consider the agreement at 9 a.m. Thursday at 168 Spotnap Road.
