Rally To Protest Violence Against Women

A group that’s dominated by students at Charlottesville High School held a weekend rally and candle lighting ceremony outside City Hall.  The organizers of the event are campaigning for an end to violence against women. They say this needs to be a global fight. Many of the participants are in the Amnesty International club at CHS.
